Jensen Files to Run…

Brendan Jensen has filed to run for Topeka City Council District 1. As a longtime advocate of building a safer, better Topeka had this to say: “I’m not terribly thrilled with the current direction of our City. Crime is at unacceptable levels, our budget is in debt, we’ve recently made some bad investments, and we’re running out of affordable housing. It’s clear to me that it’s time for new leadership. As two-time small business owner, avid community volunteer, and a former City Councilman, I have the experience to know what we need, and the common sense to get it done.”
